As some of you know, NaNoWriMo is coming soon, and I'm getting geared up for it! I have a co-ML this year, and she's more technically savvy than I am. She has her own website, and last night, she set up a chat client on it for our area Wrimos to use!
I haven't looked into what the specs are for the chat software she used, but would this be something we could use for our brainstorming sessions? We wouldn't use MSN or Yahoo or AIM with all their buggy nonsense anymore, but be able to chat with each other in privacy.
As I said, I still need to look into the specifics, like archiving chats and whatnot, and I'll get back to you all once I've done that. Still, please give it some thought, and give me your feedback.
Thanks!

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe we'll stop losing people midway through conversations though it won't solve the problem of my internet dumping me .. .
